The important thing is not to get sucked into the debate about whether the Dems are better or not than the Republicans. The better questions have to do with what's happening in the country, and what do the elections mean about them.
Is there some sort of liberal correction coming?
Also saw today that while the economy may have recovered poorly, that may not be true of everything economic.
Will there be a hardening, deepening of the post 9-11 reaction, with immigration and Iran leading the charge?
